For a scented candle to truly be an aromatherapy candle, it cannot be made of paraffin, which is a byproduct of petroleum production and releases toxins. I use food grade soy wax with cosmetic grade scents for your health and safety. Why are soy candles typically smaller than paraffin candles? Soy candles last 2-3 times longer than a similarly sized paraffin candle and soy candles are denser. Each of my candles usually lasts 50-55 hours. What makes your candles different? My candles have unique hand mixed scents that are full of fun! Plus, I make each one by hand in small batches, so every candle gets special attention. Do you have any tips as to how to make my candles last even longer? Yes! After you have snuffed your candle just add a pinch of salt to the melted wax and blend it in so the next time you light your candle it's ready to last longer. You can do this over and over again. What do you think is the biggest mistake people make when burning their candles? I think the biggest mistake is leaving that LID off. The scent will evaporate with it left off. Our containers have lids with an airtight seal to help you preserve the scent.
