We bought this chandelier to replace a missing one in our Victorian era home. It came fully disassembled and took about 3 to 4 hours in total to hang it. There were also several important pieces broken in the packaging, but the seller was very quick to reply and replace them without question.The instructions were difficult to understand but could be figured out without too much brow sweat.The end product is beautiful, and it gives a glamour to the room it was sadly missing. To buy a unit like this one fully assembled and installed would be about 3x as much. We're very pleased with the result and happy with the purchase.One safety item: Throw away the LED bulbs that come with it and buy new ones. The shipped ones are dangerous junk and literally come apart as you screw them into the sockets.Many damaged pieces, chipped. Not very shinny. Not satisfied.bought a chandelier and I love it so much it sparkles like stars because it has a golden glow. My friends and customers love it when they see it
